Scaling development output across multiple concurrent production projects while maintaining code quality and architectural coherence. Transitioning from traditional development to a fully AI-driven workflow where virtually all code is AI-co-authored.
Approach
AI-first toolchain with Claude Code as primary development environment, GitHub Copilot for inline completions, and ChatGPT for research and planning. Structured 3-participant review cycle: Claude AI designs, Claude Code implements, human verifies.
